SUCESSFUL EARTHQUAKE PREDICTION PROJECT – February 2024
Salton Sea / Sea of Cortez Danger Zone
The principal scientific investigator (PI) of this project wishes to withhold identity because the entirety of the research still remains to be completed and does not want to be subject to distractions, publicity or interviews. The PI has a scientific background in Micro-Geology which provided key insights in discovering the mathematical model that is central to earthquake prediction in a localized region. The PI has been working on this specific project of earthquake prediction since 2013.
Background and Discussion
The Caron-Saxe Foundation Geology Division has been studying earthquakes (EQ’s) and EQ Faults in Southern California since 2004.
In 2011, members of the not-yet formed Caron-Saxe Foundation, performed an aerial survey of the Coachella Valley segment of the San Andreas Fault and decided to set up camp in the rural southwest region of the Mojave Desert to began intense research and study of the EQ potential that historically created the massive Baja Peninsula.
During the 2011 aerial survey, Caron-Saxe Foundation scientists stated "this is where the next big-one is going to take place, you can just see it".
The great San Andreas Fault runs directly through the Salton Sea and from there to the Sea of Cortez. There is absolutely no question a massive EQ will occur just-south of Salton Sea. This region, has been properly named by the Caron-Saxe Foundation Geology Team as the "Salton-Cortez Danger Zone (DZ)".
The magnitude (MG) of an expected massive EQ at the Salton-Cortez DZ will very likely be one of the largest MG EQ's in recorded history. Thus the geological result of the massive EQ will be the "joining" of the Sea of Cortez to the Salton Sea - occurring as an all-in-one EQ event.
The second greatest area of EQ concern is the short stretch of the San Andreas fault from Mecca to Desert Hot Springs. The reason for the concern is the lack of any documented EQ events having ever occurred there.
Years of subsequent EQ study resulted in the discovery of a relationship between regional EQ MG, depth, distances, ground chemistry, Enthalpy, and EQ analytical mathematical relationships. Thus, during November 2023 the Caron-Saxe Foundation Geology Team submitted a formal request to the USGS for a significant number of EQ Data Analysis Tools necessary to advance the Geology Team's Theoretical EQ Prediction model. Disappointingly, the USGS did not respond.
Despite the failure of the USGS to respond to the Caron-Saxe Geology Team's November 2023 request for EQ Event Data Analysis Tools; On February 04, 2024 - by way of burdensome manual mathematical modeling - the Caron-Saxe Foundation Geology Team documented the first ever known successful EQ Prediction in a defined 300 mile radius region which includes the Salton-Cortez DZ utilizing a mathematical tectonic plate movement vector model and ground element composition changes that are elicited by tectonic plate pressure gradients and movement.
Immediately following the historical February 09, 2024 EQ Prediction, the Caron-Saxe Foundation Geology Team notified the USGS of the discovery and repeated its message of urgency that the USGS give immediate attention to the Caron-Saxe Geology Team's historical discovery - but the only forthcoming USGS response came from the Office of Associate Coordinator of Earthquake Hazards Program,
Dr. Michael L. Blanpied, which was a boiler-plate administrative e-mail, which essentially concluded that "no one has ever been able to predict an EQ".
Understandably, the USGS probably fields numerous public communications everyday from people who claim they or their pets, or by supernatural vision, weather and the like, can predict EQ's, - But here, the Caron-Saxe Foundation communication to the USGS (sent from a 501(c)(3) ".org" e-mail address and signed by a "Dr.") came first in November 2023, requesting solidly scientific data tools under the authority and control of the USGS - that was followed by the notification of the February 09, 2024 EQ Prediction success.
From those background facts, any reasonable person would have expected the USGS to, at minimum, setout to investigate as to the validity of the Caron-Saxe Geology Team's claimed EQ Prediction discovery. But surprisingly that did not happen.
On February 21, 2024 the Caron-Saxe Foundation Geology Team extended its willingness to the USGS to make an oral presentation to anyone who the USGS believes to be scientific authority on the subject matter of EQ Prediction. The purpose of the oral presentation being to provide sufficient documentation necessary to plead for expediting an immediate $75,000 grant for the purpose of preparing the USGS Data Software Tools and subsequent major EQ Prediction Center project proposal.
The USGS response amounted to a repeat of its previous response. Thus, the Caron-Saxe Foundation was left with the alternative to enlist help from the U.S. Senator's Office in arranging a meeting with the Secretary of the Department of the Interior to compel USGS cooperation in developing required USGS Data Software Tools. A decision by the Caron-Saxe Foundation Board of Directors whether to act in that direction, is pending determination.
The first successful EQ prediction on February 04, 2024 was followed by nine more successful EQ predictions as of the morning of February 21, 2024.
Additionally, individual EQ's termed repetitive pattern EQ's, numbering no less than twenty, that make up supporting portions of the entire EQ prediction mathematical model - that are used to derive the primary predicted EQ location - also count as EQ predictions.
Once again, following subsequent successful predictions, the Caron-Saxe Foundation Geology Division attempted a request to the Office of Associate Coordinator of Earthquake Hazards Program,
Dr. Michael L. Blanpied for USGS data tools and clarified explanation for funding necessary to draft and submit the initial findings to the USGS - so to apply for a full grant necessary to conduct the master study and setup an EQ Prediction Center in a rural Mojave Desert earthquake-proof building owned by the Caron-Saxe Foundation - All which would involve the incorporation of the USGS EQ data system as well as placing “new technology” sensors underground at no less than 50 sites in Southern California.
Unfortunately, the USGS shares a common characteristic with most other governmental science administrations, such as the National Science Foundation (NSF) - that being - these administrative monopolies - who control all governmental research finance - only give money to “their friends”. Friends are MIT, CALTEC and other similar high-profile academic institutions. The Caron-Saxe Foundation is not a high-profile institution.
So, as it presently stands, the USGS has thus far not indicated that it has any plan or intention put the Caron-Saxe Foundation's historical discovery or future studies at the “top of the list” or the “front of the line” for attention or funding.
As a result of the USGS's absolute refusal to recognize Caron-Saxe Foundation EQ Prediction model and cooperate with providing EQ data analysis tools, the ability to calculate system enthalpy is presently difficult if not impossible - thus advancing a more accurate EQ Prediction model will remain undeveloped until an alternative source of required data can be made accessible.
Despite there being no forthcoming interest from the USGS for cooperation and financial assistance, the Caron-Saxe Foundation Geology Team's disappointment is negated by the extreme self-satisfaction and pride of knowing the Caron-Saxe Foundation Geology Team is the first in world history to successfully predict EQ's utilizing a bona fide scientific method.
The Caron-Saxe Foundation is 75% complete in the construction of a 3,000 sq-ft earthquake-proof building in the rural Mojave Desert that might eventually house the Caron-Saxe Foundation Mojave Desert Earthquake Prediction Center.
In the event of an ultimate failure to establish a working partnership with the USGS, the Caron-Saxe Foundation is presently considering funding offers from private organizations such a s National Insurance Company Corporations, Elon Musk and Bill Gates - for funding of research completion, initial setup and future ongoing operational expenses for the Earthquake Prediction Center.

Fun Topics of Interest in Astrophysics, Physics, Chemistry and Geology
Brought to you by Caron-Saxe Foundation Division of Astronomy /Astrophysics - February 2024
Why "fun" topics? How can science actually be fun? Too many scientists take themselves and their subject-specialty far too seriously. There are senior Geologists who have never been on a "dig". Senior Astrophysicists who have never spent a night behind the eyepiece of a telescope. Often we can learn more about our subject and ourselves buy stepping back, using our imaginations and realizing how ridiculous we sometimes look when are tying so hard to be intelligent.

Planetary "Formation" or “Creation”?
Original Article Date: Feb. 26, 2024
To this day, basic science texts - as well as NASA - claim that planets are (were) formed by the accumulation of space dust, dirt, particles, collapsing regions of space and the like.
How far from the truth is this? At least light years. The accuracy of this school of thought is as accurate as the believed age of each of our planets.
How or why such nonsense ever got started is difficult to discern, but the notion belongs in the category along with flat earth and the universe revolves around the earth.
This topic does not take very long to straighten out simply by applying some elementary laws of physics, motion, energy and chemistry.
In space, the probability of loose-leaf matter (outside of water) coming together in a cohesive fashion is slim to none. Further, assume that enough matter to compose a planet, would have to be composed of chemically similar “stuff”.
Finally, if enough of the stuff did come together, it would need to ignite in order to create a fire-ball - so a molten core could form. Does anyone out there in dead-space have a match to light it with?
Have we gone far enough? Not quite.
Particle accumulation planet formation fools, also chum-around totting the “ages” of all the planets in their hip pocket using the so-called radionuclide dating theory – which cannot be applied to something we have no physical contact with. Not to mention, any process associated with radionuclide, is subject to atmospheric temperature and pressure variations. So let’s imagine we are somewhere near Jupiter, do you think our radionuclide “age clock” is going to cooperate with us? Not likely.
We will not truly know the age of each planet until we park a spacecraft on each one of the planets and start digging around in the dirt. So don’t hold your breath, it might be a while.
For the moment, let’s forget the ages of the planets. The real search-for-truth here is, planets are “born” out of Stars such as our Sun.
Our Sun is an old woman; she gave birth to nine children. The oldest might be Pluto – a glob of frozen methane gas – the lightest and simplest of all hydrocarbon gases – born when the Sun was young and just beginning its life-cycle process (for simplicity, we will dispense with the complicated details of stellar life-cycle nuclear physics and chemistry). We do not know Pluto’s age and for the moment, it does not matter.
The age of our Sun should matter because our Sun is worn-out and does not have much life left to give. While most scientific authority gives credence to our Sun having many more million years of life remaining, such predictions do not take into consideration our Sun's death alone will take at least that much time. As such we can start expecting progressively less and less life out of our Sun from now on.
Social agendas should worry more about global cooling rather than warming. Unfortunately - we have become disoriented about climate change as a result of our planet "naturally" recovering from an ice-age - causing us to think that the global warming is more accelerated than it really is.
In the meantime, simply by monitoring the Sun temperatures can provide us with good insight as to the general overall health of "old Mother Sun". Our Sun's temperature at the surface is only about 10,000F - which is barely above a temperature that can easily be achieved in a laboratory. The Sun's core, where nuclear fusion is taking place is believed to be 27 million degrees F.
In reality, if we think of the Sun as a "heater" unit like the ones in our homes, it is only burning at 10,000F and the heat in the form of radiation necessary to warm our atmosphere has to travel a long way to get to us. If the Sun's 10,000F starts to drop off even slightly, we are doomed. 1,000F drop would theoretically drop Earth temperatures by 10%, but the increase in cold (or lack of heat), would have an exponential effect resulting in no less than a 20% Earth temperature drop and thereafter more exponential decreases. Basically a snowball effect - literally.
Moving back to the main subject matter. Next, as the Sun further evolved in its life-cycle, the gas giants were born. Eventually, closer in history, the Sun began to advance in life-cycle conducive to the formation of Mars, Earth, Venus and Mercury – thus they were born one at a time, all somewhat different in chemical makeup. Actually, Venus is most probably the youngest of our Sun’s children - that is why it is still cooling off. Again, the radionuclide game will not work on the surface of Venus. But who cares how old Venus is?
What does it mean to be “born” out of a Star? Simply, Stars create matter through the process of nuclear fusion. First hydrogen is formed, then Helium, then Lithium, then Beryllium, Boron, Carbon – through the entire periodic table.
As matter is formed in the Star’s loosely enclosed environmental laboratory - temperatures conducive to high energy activity, intense motion forces, pressure and gravity provide the necessary conditions of the Star’s “matter factory” that eventually accumulates enough matter to form embryonic spheres (near perfectly round) – which are entirely molten mixtures of all the elements. When the conditions inside the Star come in balance with the Star’s ability to continue to contain (hold) the embryonic sphere – the embryonic sphere is ejected out into the cooler space surrounding the Star. As the sphere gets further away from the Star, the surrounding environment gets colder and colder which results in the molten mixture of the elements individually separating as a result of solidification at given temperatures under the laws of Chemistry that govern each of the elements.
When the first of our planets were formed, the conditions within our Sun were such, any potential embryonic sphere was held for less time and the Sun ejected it prematurely compared to the amount of processing-time Earth was held for. As a result, the compositions of those first planets were mainly gases – and only small amounts of heavier elemental solids such that compose our Earth, Mars and Venus were present in the gaseous planets.
For the gas giants, there is no longer the process of nuclear fusion so it remains mainly gas and cannot evolve into a solid matter planet. But in all like hood, the gas giants do have solid planetary cores - we just have not yet detected them.
Do you see how much sense this makes compared to the loose matter floating in space planet formation theory?
